Our Founders

Women LeadersN The City was founded by Nikki Harper and La Monica Ball, are hospitality and event professionals with extensive experience in creating impactful experiences and building strong, relationship-driven communities. With a passion for uplifting women and bringing people together, Nikki and La Monica created this platform to cultivate spaces where women leaders feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

What began as a vision to connect women locally continues to grow as a movement centered on leadership, experience, and meaningful connection.
